Last updated: October 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using caulden.uk, or by placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service together with any policies or notices referenced on the site.

If you do not agree with these Terms of Service, you should not use the website or place an order.

2. About Us

Caulden is registered in the United Kingdom and operates the website caulden.uk.

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce infrastructure used to operate the website and process orders.

For customer service or general enquiries, you may contact us at support@caulden.uk.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this website independently, or otherwise use the website and make purchases under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required.

When placing an order or submitting information through the website, you agree to provide information that is accurate, complete and current.

4. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, textures, materials and details accurately. However, minor variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, manufacturing tolerances, material characteristics or other factors. Such reasonable variations do not constitute defects.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or withdraw products at any time without prior notice.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on caulden.uk are stated in pounds sterling (£), unless otherwise indicated.

We reserve the right to update or change prices at any time. If a pricing error affects an order you have placed, we may contact you and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.

Payments may be processed through Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay or other payment methods made available at checkout.

Promotions, discount codes and special offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Orders & Contract Formation

Submitting an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

Your order is not considered accepted solely because you receive an order acknowledgement or payment authorisation.

A binding contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email confirming that your order has been shipped.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, stock errors, incorrect pricing, technical errors or other legitimate operational reasons.

7. Cancellations

Due to our fast-paced fulfilment process, all orders are prepared for dispatch as quickly as possible.

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 2 hours of purchase and can only be accepted if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In that situation, you must wait for delivery and then follow the applicable returns process.

Where a cancellation or return qualifies for a refund, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the applicable approval or inspection process has been completed.

Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refunded amount may not appear until your next one or two billing cycles.

8. Intellectual Property

All content made available through caulden.uk, including text, graphics, images, logos, product descriptions, website design and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Caulden unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, license or otherwise use our content without prior written permission.

Any third-party trademarks, brand names or intellectual property appearing on the website remain the property of their respective owners.

Caulden operates as an independent retailer and does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks unless expressly stated.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Caulden's total liability arising from a specific transaction will not exceed the amount paid by you for that transaction.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the website, a product, or a transaction.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection law.

10. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, services or resources for convenience or informational purposes.

The inclusion of a third-party link does not constitute an endorsement of that third party, its products, services or content.

Caulden is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, privacy practices, terms or content of third-party websites.
